Training Consultants and/or Trainers You will be responsible for: Conducting seminars/ training sessions and preparing course materials. Look in our website to see a selection of the kinds of training we offer. Developing the business of ECPL by actively sourcing for new contacts, selling and marketing our seminars and course packages. Actively participating in direct marketing through mailers and telephone, on-site visits to potential customers and the building of our client database. Job Requirements: You should possess a degree or diploma, in one of the following disciplines, - Business, Human Resource and Psychology, or, similarly related. However, your experience in communications or people handling may be what we are looking for as well. Remuneration: Remuneration will be based on qualifications and years of experience.

Sales and Marketing Executive You will be responsible for: Building our client database and prospecting for new customers through mailers and telephone. Managing and building relationship with existing customers. Promoting our seminars and training packages. Managing sales and marketing activities. Job Requirements: Initiative and good communication skills. Able to multi-task and be a team player. Remuneration: Remuneration will be based on qualifications and years of experience.
